Allows customers to submit complaints based on selected LOB, with the option to attach images for better issue tracking. Upon submitting a mail will be triggered to the predefined email Id
User can submit profile upgrade request via this option. Upon send request a mail will be triggered to a predefined email by capturing existing and new values in a table format for review.
